Waste Liquid Incinerator
The waste liquid incineration system is designed for the safe and efficient treatment of high-concentration organic and hazardous liquid waste.
Characteristic:
(1) Adopting tangential atomization device (internal hybrid dual fluid
atomizer). Its mixing degree, atomization effect, combustion rate and efficiency
are extremely high, with a low excess coefficient and sufficient combustion.
(2) The eddy current effect is good. The combustion retention time is more
than 2 seconds, and there are no dead corners in the combustion.
(3) High combustion safety. The control logic program has set the function
that if flammable and explosive gases are not eliminated before ignition, the
furnace cannot be ignited to prevent gas explosion.
(4) Fully consider the utilization of waste heat after incineration.
(5) Waste liquid and waste solvent can be treated simultaneously to produce
waste and reduce operating costs.
Scope of application: High concentration (BOD, COD) salt free wastewater or
waste liquid.
