Product Description

PY7526 is a single-component, reactive polyurethane (PUR) hot melt adhesive that exhibits excellent bonding performance on plastics, metals, glass, and composites. This product has a fast curing speed, and its initial bonding strength develops rapidly. It is applied by heating and cures naturally at room temperature. With its moderate viscosity, it is suitable for automated production line operations.

Usage

1. Clean the dust, moisture, oil, etc. on the bonding surface to keep it clean. 

2. Preheat with a compatible heating device before applying the adhesive. It is recommended to preheat at 100°C for 30 – 40 minutes. 3. Use a compatible heating device to heat and apply the adhesive. It is recommended that the heating temperature should not exceed 120°C. 4. After applying the adhesive, assemble within the open time and hold the pressure until it is initially fixed.

The holding time should be determined through specific experiments according to the actual product design and working conditions. 

5. To ensure the normal performance of the product, the adhesive that has solidified due to shutdown and cooling during the dispensing operation cannot be reheated and used.
