WILLSTRONG® ACP Aluminum Composite Panel

Lightweight aluminum composite panels with mineral or PE cores for façades, interiors and architectural cladding.

Product Introduction

WILLSTRONG® ACP Aluminum Composite Panel is an architectural cladding material consisting of two aluminum sheets bonded to a core, combining lightweight construction, rigidity, flatness, weather resistance and flexible fabrication.

Available with mineral-filled fire-performance cores or a standard PE core, the ACP range provides different solutions for high-rise façades, ventilated façades, commercial buildings, signage, storefronts, interior applications and creative architectural cladding.

PVDF and polyester coil coatings are available for different appearance and performance requirements. A wide selection of solid, metallic, woodgrain, natural stone, chameleon, anodized, nano-coated, design and special finishes allows architects, fabricators and project contractors to select suitable surface effects.

Key Product Features

Lightweight and Rigid Construction

ACP combines relatively low weight with structural rigidity and good flatness. This helps reduce handling and fabrication requirements while providing a clean architectural surface for façade and cladding applications.

Multiple Fire-Performance Options

The product range includes non-combustible A2 panels, fire-retardant B1 panels and standard PE-core panels for applications with different fire-performance requirements.

Premium A2 ACM uses a mineral-filled core and achieves EN 13501-1 Class A2-s1, d0. B1 ACM uses a mineral-filled fire-retardant core and achieves EN 13501-1 Class B-s1, d0.

Weather-Resistant Surface

PVDF-coated surfaces are designed for demanding exterior applications, providing weather resistance and long-lasting color performance. Depending on the selected coating and finish, the panels can also offer stain resistance and easier surface maintenance.

Flexible Fabrication

The panels are designed for practical architectural processing and can be fabricated into different forms for façade, signage, storefront and interior applications. Their combination of flatness, rigidity and workability supports efficient project installation.

Wide Range of Colors and Textures

Available finishes include standard solid colors, metallic, woodgrain, natural stone, chameleon, nano coating, anodized effects, design finishes and special finishes.

Custom colors and dimensions can be provided according to project requirements.

Recyclable and Long-Term Value

The aluminum-based panel construction can support material recycling, while the durable surface and low-maintenance characteristics help provide long-term value for architectural applications.

ACP Product Types

A2 Non-Combustible Aluminum Composite Panel

The A2 ACM features a mineral-filled core designed for high fire safety requirements. It achieves EN 13501-1 Class A2-s1, d0.

This panel combines fire performance with lightweight rigidity, flatness and fabrication flexibility. It is suitable for demanding architectural projects, including high-rise and ventilated façade applications where enhanced fire performance is required.

B1 Fire-Retardant Aluminum Composite Panel

The B1 ACM uses a mineral-filled fire-retardant core and achieves EN 13501-1 Class B-s1, d0 under the stated EN 13501-1 classification.

It provides a balance of fire performance, rigidity, flatness and workability for ventilated façades, commercial architecture and other building applications.

Standard PE-Core Aluminum Composite Panel

The standard ACP uses a PE core and is designed to provide practical performance and cost efficiency. It offers lightweight rigidity, good flatness and convenient fabrication.

Available in multiple colors and finishes, the standard series is particularly suitable for signage, storefronts and applications where the specified project requirements permit PE-core ACM.
