Product Overview

The electronic oil pressure sensor from Fortrust Power is designed to measure engine oil pressure and convert pressure changes into electrical signals for monitoring and control applications. Accurate Pressure Measurement

Measurement accuracy is less than ±1.5%VFSS, supporting consistent pressure signal acquisition. The sensor uses a 5V supply and provides an output voltage that changes with the measured pressure. This allows compatible controllers to receive pressure information for monitoring and related control functions.

Wide Temperature Compensation Range

Designed for demanding operating environments, the electronic oil pressure sensor has a temperature compensation range of -40°C to +125°C and a storage temperature range of -40°C to +135°C. Its operating current is less than DC 4mA, supporting low-power operation in electronic sensing applications.

Electrical Specifications and Connection

The sensor operates at DC 5 ± 0.5V and provides a 0.5–4.5V output when the supply voltage is 5V and the pressure range is 0–1 MPa. Its maximum pressure is 3 MPa, while the maximum voltage rating is 40VDC. The matching connector is PACKARD #12065287, featuring a dustproof and waterproof design for reliable electrical connection.

Compatible Generator Controller Applications

The 5V power supply can be provided by Fortrust GEC6500 series controllers, supporting convenient integration with compatible generator control equipment. The sensor also provides an alternative starting-success signal without requiring a speed sensor for this purpose, according to the product specifications.
